Filing Timing
All 3Filing deadlines for papers in law and motion matters are strictly enforced.
Court holidays are excluded when calculating a filing deadline in court days backward from the hearing date.
The court may disregard a paper filed after the deadline when it exercises its discretion under California Rule of Court 3.1300(d).
