A continuance request must be filed with the clerk, and a courtesy copy must be provided to the court.
In the event you wish to make a request for continuance, it shall be filed with the Clerk of Court and a courtesy copy provided to the Court.
A courtesy copy of a request to charge should be emailed to Senior Staff Attorney Lisa Wofford by 9:00 a.m. on the Monday of trial week.
