How Georgia Supreme Court holidays affect filings
The Supreme Court of Georgia publishes its own state holiday list, court terms, Supreme Court Rules, and e-filing resources. Filing checks should use the posted holiday list and then confirm the application, petition, or appeal rule
Use the Supreme Court of Georgia holiday page for observed state holiday dates
Check whether the filing is a discretionary application, interlocutory application, or petition for certiorari
Review e-filing and clerk instructions before treating a calendar date as filed
