Without a case management order, the target disposition date is deemed 12 months after arraignment for Track III cases and 24 months for Track IV cases.

If the case does not have a case management order entered, the target disposition date will be deemed to be twelve months after arraignment for Track III cases and twenty four months for Track IV cases.
