The motion and hearing notice must be served on other parties’ counsel and pro se parties, and provided to the Supervising Judge for Arbitration’s calendar and the Arbitration Administrator.

After all parties have appeared, the court assigns the earliest available arbitration hearing date and must provide at least 60 days’ written notice.

Unless the court orders otherwise, parties must file their Rule 222 initial disclosures within 14 days of the first return court appearance date.

The panel must render its decision and enter the award on the day of the hearing.

All citations must conform to Supreme Court Rule 6.
