An exhibit index, if exhibits are submitted, must state the number of pages in each exhibit.

In the event an electronically filed document is not in compliance with the above-mentioned requirements, the Circuit Clerk's Office may reject the document and provide a comment back to the filer that "The document does not meet the requirements of General Administrative Order 24-13 of the 24$^{th}$ Judicial Circuit." The Circuit Clerk shall then describe the specific issue to be corrected along with a link to the cited Administrative Order, which may be found at https://24thcircuit.illinoiscourts.gov/admin-orders/.

The Circuit Clerk's Office must accept an electronic filing that cannot be rejected under the stated rejection standards or this order.

The filing deadline for motions and pleadings that falls on a listed holiday is extended to the Court’s next business day.

The opposing party must receive notice of a formal remote-appearance request.

Motions require notice under Supreme Court Rule 11 and filed proof of service under Supreme Court Rule 12.
