A proposed order under Local Rule 1.12 may be presented only after the Court rules and directs a party to submit one, or after an agreement is read on the record and approved by the Court.
Filing Timing
All 26A motion requesting permission to appear remotely must be filed at least 3 days before the hearing.
Proposed orders submitted electronically must be submitted at least 3 days before the hearing; paper copies may instead be brought to the hearing.
Motions in limine must be filed at least 7 days before the final pretrial.
Adjournments
