  • Family cases with no action for one year are subject to dismissal 30 days after receipt of a Notice to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution.

  • In order for the case to remain on the Court’s active docket a filing or hearing must take place by January 26, 2026

  • To keep a case on the active docket, a filing or hearing must take place by April 27, 2026.
