CRITICAL
Petitions seeking protection under KRS Chapters 403 or 456 must use form AOC-275.1.
All petitions requested, completed and signed by persons seeking protection under KRS Chapter 403 or KRS Chapter 456 shall be made on form AOC-275.1, and shall be accepted and filed with the court.

When appropriate, the Court may use the standard AOC-237 Status Quo Order form or, when necessary, accept an order drafted for the case.
If the Court finds it appropriate to enter a Status Quo Order in a dissolution case, the Court may order the entry of a Status Quo Order using the standard Status Quo Order form (form AOC-237) or, when necessary, may accept an Order drafted specific to the case.
