During weekday office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., a verified DVO or ex parte EPO petition must be filed with the Perry County District Clerk at the specified courthouse location.

During regular office hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. a verified petition for a Domestic Violence Order (DVO) and ex parte Emergency Protective Order (EPO) shall be filed with the Perry County District Clerk on the 1st Floor of the Hall of Justice (Judicial Center) at 545 Main Street, Hazard, Kentucky 41701.
