Northern District of Mississippi

The Northern District of Mississippi, holding court in Oxford, Aberdeen, Greenville, and Delta City, covers the northern third of Mississippi including the Delta and Hill Country regions. The district is headquartered in Oxford near the University of Mississippi School of Law. It has three authorized judgeships and a caseload that historically has reflected the region's agricultural economy and civil rights struggles.
