When child support is at issue, counsel must prepare Nebraska Child Support Guidelines worksheets for the hearing.

The party requesting a telephone conference call is responsible for arranging it, notifying participating parties, initiating the call on time, paying call expenses, and using adequate equipment.

All other motion-calendar items must be heard on the first calendar scheduled 10 days after filing.

The plaintiff must furnish the property statement to the opposing party.

Answers to interrogatories and requests for admission must be typed, with each answer following its question.

A motion for continuance without agreement must be set for hearing.

At a temporary hearing, the court will consider no more than five affidavits or, alternatively, 20 affidavit pages excluding attached exhibits, absent good cause.

Before requesting discovery relief, the moving party must make sincere efforts to resolve the dispute through personal consultation.

Less experienced attorneys should receive cases within their capabilities and opportunities to expand their experience under supervision.
