Form SC-10.03-D is a required petition form for a civil stalking or sexually oriented offense protection order.
Service
All 6Required postings may not be made on the clerk of courts’ website.
When the residence of the party to be served is unknown in a civil protection order proceeding, service may be made by posting and mail without a poverty affidavit.
Before service by posting and mail, the requesting party or counsel must file an affidavit with the court.
Filing Timing
All 2Civil Stalking Protection Order petitions may be filed with the Clerk of Courts from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday while the Court is in session.
The Clerk of Courts will not accept a Domestic Violence Civil Protection Order petition after 2:30 p.m.
