A party demanding a jury trial in a civil case must promptly deposit an amount set by the clerk as security for costs, with a minimum deposit of $350; juror costs and fees are taxed as court costs.

(C) When a jury trial in a civ il case is demanded, the party demanding same shall be f orthwith required to make an adv ance deposit as security f or costs in such sum as the Clerk determines to be reasonable. The cost of summoning jurors and the f ees of jurors shall be apportioned to the respectiv e proceeding and shall be taxed as part of the Court costs. The minimum deposit f or jury trial shall be $350.00.

In all civ il cases said demand shall be accompanied by a deposit of $350.00 f or all cases. This rule shall be subject to the Statutes regarding indigents.
