Multnomah County Circuit Court Courtesy Copy Requirements

Petitioners filing contested motions must send a courtesy paper copy to the post-conviction judge.

If filing a contested motion, the petitioner should include a letter requesting the clerk to set a date for the hearing and should send a courtesy (paper) copy of the motion to the post-conviction judge.

Parties must provide hard-copy judge's copies to the motions judge as soon as the motion is filed and a hearing date is selected, unless the judge declines them.
