Persons seeking an order of the Court granting a Temporary Restraining Order should first file a complaint with the Clerk.

Objections to orders must be filed within 10 Judicial Days.

CASA must be notified of all hearings and staffings as a party.

A document requiring notarization, an oath, or multiple signatures may be e-filed as a scanned image of the original.

Proposed Orders may be E-Filed in Microsoft Word format.

E-Filers are charged a convenience fee in addition to statutory and E-Filing fees, with the fee amount shown for each credit-card transaction.

After the last continuance is granted, the case must settle or be set for trial.

For summary judgment and dismissal motions, the opposing party has 30 days to respond and the moving party has 10 days to reply; no further responses or replies are accepted.

Filers are advised to exercise caution when filing documents containing personal identifying numbers, medical information, employment history, individual financial information, or proprietary or trade-secret information.

Interested parties and counsel should make every effort to provide extra exhibit copies for the Court, witnesses, and opposing counsel during hearings.
