Each inventory must state the value of each property item and list each liability with its total amount, any payments in arrears, security, and creditor.

A written certification that the parties attempted alternative dispute resolution must be filed with the Bastrop County District Clerk's Office before the final hearing.

The Court aims to bring civil non-jury cases, excluding family law cases, to trial or final disposition within 12 months of the appearance date.

A setting may be passed or reset only by a qualifying settlement agreement, a written agreement of all parties approved by the Court, or a Court-granted motion for continuance.

All parties in contested family law cases must attempt some form of alternative dispute resolution before the final hearing, unless the Court waives the requirement case by case.

The movant must file its reply within seven days after the response is filed.

Self-represented litigants may e-file or file documents directly with the clerk's office.

Counsel must comply with the Sensitive Data requirements of Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 21c.

Three copies of all inventories and supplemental inventories must be available for use at trial.

The proper jury fee must be paid within ten calendar days after the bench-trial Notice of Setting is mailed or emailed.

Medical and mental health records filed as pleadings or exhibits are sealed from the public, but parties and their attorneys in the specific case may access them.
