A motion for preferential setting must be in writing and verified.

Motions for preferential setting shall be in writing and verified.

Motion to withdraw

An attorney seeking to withdraw must certify in writing that the client was notified of the intention to withdraw at the client’s last known address.

No order permitting such withdrawal will be entered unless the attorney seeking to withdraw certifies in writing that he or she has notified the client of the intention to withdraw at his or her last known address.

Final judgment

A final judgment must include the stated denial-of-ungranted-relief language if applicable and provide a place for the Judge to note the exact entry date.

In all cases where a final judgment is to be entered it shall contain, if applicable, a statement that “all relief not specifically granted herein to any party is denied.” Such judgment shall have a place for the Judge to note the exact date which the judgment is entered.
