The Clerk must issue the Litigation Control Order as soon as practicable after any Defendant files the first answer.

Electronic filing is optional unless, on a party’s motion and for good cause shown, the court orders the parties to electronically file documents permitted under Rule 3.3.

A party seeking to change a pre-trial conference or trial date must move and show good cause; motions filed at least 14 days before trial will be entertained, while consideration of later motions is discretionary.

When a party files a motion under Tex.R.Civ.P. 190.4(a) for a tailored discovery control plan, the Court will set and notify the parties of a Management Conference, which all pro se parties and counsel must attend.
