The Petitioner must attach a copy of the order to every divorce petition and every original suit affecting the parent-child relationship.

Medical documentation must come from the service provider and include the information needed to contact that provider.
Service
All 3The Department must send the specified treatment documentation to the court-appointed Ad Litem within 10 days after treatment, without a discovery request.
The Department must send documentation digitally by email or efax.

If the Ad Litem cannot open the program used by the Department, the Department must send the documents by email.
Filing Timing
All 2A filing without the required order will be returned with the stated reason.
When a self-represented litigant files a divorce or original suit affecting the parent-child relationship, the Clerk will add the order and accept the filing.
