  • The Clerk or her designee may enter installment-plan orders and must establish and approve plan conditions under the court's guidelines.

  • A defendant requesting a court-cost installment plan must meet with the Deputy Clerk to fill out the petition.

  • The total amount of court costs shall be paid in full within three (3) years of the start date of the installment plan.

  • Civil cases for trial are set by praecipe received through the Wednesday before the monthly docket call, or by counsel’s agreement with court approval.
