  • Personal checks and credit or debit cards shall be accepted in lieu of money to collect and secure all fees, fines, restitution, forfeiture, penalties and costs collected for offenses, including motor vehicle violations.

  • Agreed continuance requests must be filed at least 5 days before the court date, and the Judge may grant them for good cause.

  • If a continuance request does not meet the stated criteria, a motion may be filed.
