Criminal cases
A defendant not on active supervised probation must submit a written request in person to the Clerk to seek credit for community service.
If a defendant is not on active supervised probation Ordered by this Court, then any other requests to apply credit from community service hours performed to fines and costs shall be provided in writing, in-person, to the Clerk of this Court.
