    Entering into a payment-plan agreement adds a $10 time-to-pay fee to the amount due unless the fee was previously assessed.

  • Each payment made by credit or debit card incurs a 4% convenience fee.

  • If unable to meet the payment obligation on time, a person may request 60 additional days; the request requires a payment of 10% of the total owed if it is less than $500, or the greater of $50 and 5% of the balance if it is over $500.

  • Further extensions are discretionary and require another payment of 10% of the outstanding balance.

  • The first continuance in traffic cases is granted by the Clerk; continuances in other cases and D.W.I. cases are handled by a Judge, while accident cases are continued by the prosecutor.
