Community service credit is given only for hours listed on the time sheet and verified by the court.

Counsel and unrepresented parties filing a pleading must sign it and state their address, telephone number, and email address.

The completed community service time sheet must be filed with the court by the due date.

A motion to withdraw must be docketed for the Motions Docket as soon as practicable after the basis for the motion is discovered.

An emergency-labeled filing is received but not docketed by the Clerk, promptly brought to an available judge, and assessed by that judge for emergency status, procedural exemption, or priority treatment.

The Clerk grants a first continuance in an infraction case only when it is at least 10 days before the court date.

Subsequent continuances in infraction cases are granted by a Judge in open court.

A first continuance in a misdemeanor case is granted by a Judge in open court.

Counsel may submit an agreed bond order, with any required Pretrial Services referral, in court or through chambers.

Counsel may present agreed orders to the Court through chambers, including agreed nolle prosequi and plea-advancement agreements.
