The Clerk will not issue certified copies of show cause orders unless payment is made in advance.

Statutory filing fees for electronically filed documents must be collected and paid using the methods then approved by the Clerk of the Chelan County Superior Court.

All statutory filing fees shall be collected and paid for electronically filed documents according to the then current methods approved by the Clerk of the Chelan County Superior Court.

WARNING

The program registration fee may be subject to a requested waiver or deferral, and the brochure must explain how to request either.

The Clerk of the court shall provide the current brochure/registration pamphlet to the initiating party for service upon all parties against whom relief is sought describing the program including contact telephone numbers, addresses, statement of costs, and an explanation of how to request a waiver or deferral of the program registration fee.

Automatic temporary restraining order

No fees are imposed for the Automatic Temporary Restraining Order issued in a dissolution or parenting plan case.

Upon the filing of a Summons and Petition in any dissolution or parenting plan case, the court shall issue an Automatic Temporary Restraining Order, for which no fees will be imposed, using the form set forth in Exhibit D to LSPR 94.04.
