Clerk’s fees apply to a request to submit an overlength document.

To submit an overength document, a party must present a written ex parte motion and order requesting to exceed the page limit (Clerk's fees will apply).

Courthouse facilitator program services

Courthouse facilitator program-service fees are set by the Court Administrator, are non-refundable, and may be waived by the Presiding Judge only in extraordinary circumstances.

The Court Administrator shall establish a fee schedule for providing program services. The fee payable to the clerk's office is non-refundable. The fee may be waived by the Presiding Judge and shall only be waived in extraordinary circumstances.
