Printed Copies of the current operative pleadings (including complaint; answer; cross-complaint; if any, an answer to the cross complaint.) 4. Joint Exhibit List Provide the clerk with a valid email address; the clerk will then email parties an excel sheet to be completed by Counsel listing the joint exhibits. The list is to be emailed back to the clerk by day one of trial. 5. Joint Witness List listing the name, brief description, and the time estimate for each witness.
Parties must meet and confer and present a joint exhibit binder on the first day of trial, create one copy for the court and one for the clerk, and ensure all exhibits are premarked, Bates-stamped, and tagged.

Pages between exhibits must identify the word “Exhibit” and the exhibit number or letter in a font no smaller than 14, positioned in the middle or lower third of the page.
Parties submitting documents that contain exhibits shall ensure that the pages between exhibits contain the word, “Exhibit”, and the number or letter associated with the exhibit in no less than 14 font in the middle or lower third of the page.
The signature page of an order must contain at least three lines of the order’s contents, and no matter may appear after the judge’s signature.
Three (3) lines of the contents of the order must appear on the page upon which the Judge’s signature is affixed. In no case should any matter appear after the signature of the judge.
Exhibits attached to motions and oppositions must be separately tabbed at the bottom.

Computer-created DVDs must be compatible with the courtroom's regular DVD players, with software options set to ensure proper playback.
Please be sure that any DVDs you create on computers will be compatible with the regular DVD players and when creating your DVD that you are setting the correct software options to ensure proper playback in the court’s DVD player.

Multiple distinct exhibits grouped under one number must be labeled sequentially with letter suffixes, while a single large exhibit uses one number.
If you have 5 different exhibits under one number and they are all different, please make sure that they are labeled, 2a, 2b and so forth. If it’s just one big exhibit than it shall just be numbered as such with just one number.
