Each exhibit must bear a discrete number and be correctly identified.
Each exhibit shall be marked with a discrete number and shall be correctly identified.
The parties must bring a three-ring Joint Trial Binder to the Trial Readiness Conference, containing the listed trial-preparation materials when applicable.
On the date of the TRC, the parties shall bring with them a three-ring Joint Trial Binder that contains the following, if applicable:

The Joint Exhibit Binder must include one witness set pre-marked with Court Exhibit tags and two copies for the court.
One set should be for the witness, pre-marked with Court Exhibit tags. Two copies shall be for the Court.
