A Case Management Report and Order must NOT be submitted if any of seven conditions apply (existing case management order, set for trial, inactive status, moratoria, F.S. 51.011, FWOP notice absent a written good cause showing, or uncontested case).

Even when excused from submitting a Case Management Report and Order, parties must still comply with the timeline requirements of Administrative Order 21-09.
