Proposed order

The Florida E-filing Portal will allow proposed-order submissions, and its procedure will replace mailing or emailing orders once a listed county adopts portal submission.

Attorneys are further advised that the Florida E-filing Portal is being upgraded to allow for submission of proposed orders through the E-filing Portal. At such time as Polk, Hardee or Highlands County institutes use of the portal for submission of proposed orders, that procedure will supersede the process outlined herein for mailing or emailing proposed orders to the Court for that county.
