Judges must enter a fully completed Uniform Order of Support whenever a child or spousal support obligation is created or modified.

An objection must state specific reasons for opposing extended media coverage of the witness's testimony.

Exhibit disposal order

An order disposing of exhibits must be substantially in the form of Appendix 1.

The objection must be filed with the Clerk before the witness's testimony begins.

If no appeal has been filed, the Clerk must send notice 60 days after final judgment that exhibits may be released to the offering party.

Exhibits must be claimed within 30 days of the Clerk's notice or an order disposing of them will be signed.

Notice of the objection must be given to the requestor, court media liaison, counsel of record, and unrepresented parties.

Interested parties must receive due notice before a hearing on release of an exhibit at another time.

The media requestor must notify the court media liaison, counsel of record, and unrepresented parties when filing the request.

The child support data sheet must use a form provided by the Clerk.

The initial case management order must be in a form consistent with Appendix A.

The final pre-trial memorandum must substantially comply with Appendix B1 when children are involved and Appendix B2 when they are not.
