All new or modified final support orders must contain the specified Kansas Payment Center payment and address language.

The moving party must file and serve a bond reduction or modification motion on the opposing party at least two business days before the hearing.

Media outlets must verify permission for camera or audio coverage at each stage of a proceeding.

The Clerk must prepare an NID and Journal Entry of Dismissal and send copies to all parties by mail and/or email at least 18 days before the stated dismissal date.

One continuance shall be granted to an attorney or party as a professional courtesy, unless an emergency exists.

Orders withdrawing bench warrants issued in the Eighteenth Judicial District must use the form available under Forms.

E-filing became mandatory on September 1, 2016, for papers filed under Chapter 60, except where the order provides a later schedule.

A motion to stay a Court Trustee income-withholding order must be heard by the Hearing Officer or District Judge on the docket attended by the assigned Court Trustee.

The Clerk will file a document under seal only after receiving a signed written order approved by a judge.

The Parenting Workshop Fee must be paid to the Clerk of the District Court.
