District Judge Mae A. D'Agostino was appointed to the Northern District of New York by President Barack Obama in 2011.
Before her appointment, Judge D'Agostino was in private practice at D'Agostino, Krackeler, Maguire & Cardona, PC, where her work focused on medical malpractice and products liability trial litigation. She served as past chair of the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association and teaches Medical Malpractice as an Adjunct Professor at Albany Law School.
