At case conclusion, a remaining cost-deposit balance of $10.00 or less is transferred to the Seneca County Indigent Guardian Fund.

At the conclusion of a case, if the remaining cost deposit balance for any depositor, is ten dollars ($10.00) or less, it shall be transferred to the Seneca County Indigent Guardian Fund.
