A filer may correct and resubmit a rejected e-filing with the original file date for no more than 72 hours after the filing is returned for correction.

The filer will have the ability to copy the original filing, make corrections and resubmit the filing with the original file date for a period not to exceed 72 hours from the time the filing is returned for correction.

Counsel for the State and defendant must notify the court of negotiated plea-agreement terms by 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before jury selection, absent extraordinary circumstances.

In all criminal cases pending in the 358th District Court in which plea agreements have been negotiated, the deadline to notify the Court of any such plea agreement(s) shall be no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the commencement of jury selection for said cases(s). Counsel for the State and the Defendant(s) must notify the Court of the terms of any such negotiated plea agreement pursuant to the deadline stated herein. No plea agreement will be accepted or approved by the Court after the expiration of this deadline, absent extraordinary circumstances.
