    Sealing order

An order sealing the documents must state that they were presented to the court for in camera review.

  • Applies to
    Local rulemaking request

Requests to adopt, amend, or repeal a local court rule must comply with GR 9.

  • Applies to
    Interpreter request form

Parties who need an interpreter must complete the Interpreter Request form and provide it to Court Administration five days before the hearing.

Filing Timing

All 87
  • Rule proposals received by April 10 are published for 30 days of comment before the court’s final review and decision.

  • The Interpreter Request form must be provided to Court Administration five days before the hearing.

  • The prosecutor may respond, but any opposition must be filed and served at least three days before the scheduled hearing.

Service

All 54

  • A firearm-restoration petition must be served on the county prosecutor or designee at least 14 days before the hearing, or it will not be heard on the scheduled date.
