The new deadline is the operational date plus the days remaining from the outage date to the original deadline, and the extension must be at least seven days from the operational date.

A party contracting with a freelance court reporter must file a signed form at least 14 days before proceedings begin.

To ensure compliance with Chief Justice Directive (CJD) 05-03, and if a final transcript has not been prepared, the freelance reporter shall leave his/her paper notes and/or a copy of the electronic notes or real-time file of the proceedings reported with the Clerk of Court or designee. Electronic notes may be emailed to 20Transcripts@judicial.state.co.us.

Coverage requests must be emailed to the District Administrator or her designee.

A complaint of judicial misconduct made by an employee, volunteer, intern, extern, or contractor of the Colorado Judicial Department may be made to the Chief Judge, the Court Executive, Clerk of Court, Chief Probation Officer or their supervisor, or the person may choose to make the complaint directly to the Commission on Judicial Discipline through the contact information contained in Attachment A to this Administrative Order.

The requesting media outlet must provide the request to the deputy district attorney, defense attorney, or public defender's office when it submits the request.
