Parties must register for COURTMAP in order to submit proposed orders to Judge DiRaimondo.

The division email address only accepts emails sent directly from the E-Filing Portal and rejects all other emails.

Parties may not mail copies of notices to chambers.

During the December 23, 2025 - January 1, 2026 annual leave closure, extreme emergencies only may be directed by phone to the designated duty judges listed for each date.

Special affidavits are specified for remote uncontested temporary custody, paternity, dissolution of marriage, and name change petitions handled without a hearing.

Emergency motions and requests for hearing must be filed through both the E-Filing Portal and COURTMAP.

If the case resolves before the scheduled trial date, the party who filed the notice must immediately file a notice of cancellation via the e-portal and call chambers, or the parties will be expected to appear on the scheduled date.

All agreed orders must be submitted via COURTMAP.

Motions to withdraw may be submitted via COURTMAP, with the client's consent attached to the motion.

Orders submitted via COURTMAP must be in Word format.

Effective immediately, all printed courtesy copies submitted via mail will be rejected.

Parties must not email the division email or the judicial assistant regarding scheduling.

For special set motions, the motion and a request for hearing must be filed with the Clerk's Office through the E-Filing Portal.

When filing the motion and request for hearing, add 11thFC33@jud11.flcourts.org to the courtesy copy email list.
