Emergency petitions/motions must contain a certification that the matter is a true emergency that cannot wait for a motion calendar.

Only agreed orders reflecting concurrence among adverse parties may be submitted under the Agreed Order tab in courtMAP; all other proposed orders go under the proposed order tab.

Petitions and supporting documents must be filed and on the docket before any proposed orders are submitted.

The moving party must coordinate the special set hearing date/time with opposing counsel based on the Court's availability shown on courtMAP.

Responses to matters on the Special Appointment Calendar must be e-filed with the Clerk and submitted via courtMAP no later than 10 days before the hearing.

To cancel a special set hearing, the cancelling party must e-file a Notice of Cancellation and email a copy to chambers at rayala@jud11.flcourts.org.

Parties must not upload evidence onto the docket for in-person hearings; evidence must instead be brought to court early to be marked by the Clerk.
