Electronic Filing Rules
Proposed Reports of General Magistrate must be submitted via CourtMAP and should be agreed to by both parties, though each party may submit its own report if they cannot agree.
If you have been instructed to prepare and submit the proposed Report of General Magistrate the proposed Report must be submitted via CourtMAP, no later than ten (10) days after the date of the hearing. All proposed Reports should be agreed to by both parties. If the parties simply cannot agree on the proposed Report, then each party may submit their own proposed Report.

Filing Timing and Cure Windows
Hearings must be scheduled within 15 days of entry of the Order of Referral, or the division will unilaterally schedule the hearing for the earliest available date.
If you do not schedule your hearing within 15 days of the entry of the Order of Referral, the hearing will be scheduled unilaterally, without coordination with you, by the division, for the earliest available date.

Continuances require a Motion for Continuance filed with the Court and emailed to the division before any hearing will be continued or re-set; continuance motions are heard by the Magistrate, and an objection triggers a hearing on the motion.
Motions for Continuance of a hearing scheduled before the Magistrate must be heard by the Magistrate. All MOTIONS FOR CONTINUANCE must be filed with the Court and emailed to https://juddiradmin.aoc/SectionPage.aspx?sectionid=297. No hearing will be continued or re-set without the appropriate Motion for Continuance filed first. If one side objects to the continuance, a hearing will be held on the Motion for Continuance.

A resolved matter will not be taken off the calendar unless a copy of the appropriate order or settlement agreement is emailed to the Magistrate.
No matter that has been resolved will be taken off-calendar without a copy of the appropriate ORDER OR SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT being provided via e-mail to the Magistrate.

To convert an in-person hearing to Zoom with all parties' agreement, an email must be sent to the division email address, and the hearing remains presumed in-person until the Magistrate's office directs otherwise.
If a hearing has been scheduled for in-person but all parties agree to convert it to Zoom, an email must be sent to 11thpmhgmb@jud11.flcourts.org. All parties are to presume the hearing is still an in-person hearing until you hear otherwise directly from the office of the Magistrate.
