The party must, within 20 days of the order, either retain new counsel who files a written appearance or file a written self-representation notification with the clerk.

Until a new attorney appears, notices may be sent to the party at the address shown at the bottom of page two.

Attorneys bear sole responsibility for serving notice on all parties in the case.

The Court will not provide notice of hearings, trial settings, calendar calls, or orders, and the parties' notice duty applies even when the opposing party is pro se or defaulted.
