If mediation has not been attended, email 11thFC19@jud11.flcourts.org to request a referral to the mediation division.

Both parties must have filed financial affidavits before requesting a referral to the mediation division.

Pre-trial catalogues must be uploaded to CourtMAP no less than 15 days before trial.

After uploading the pre-trial catalogue to CourtMAP, the party must email the bailiff at GMagarin@jud11.flcourts.org to advise of the filing.

If a case resolves before trial, the party must immediately e-file a notice of cancellation and contact chambers; otherwise the parties are expected to appear on the scheduled date.

All proposed orders must be submitted via CourtMAP; the Court will not accept orders emailed directly to the Court.

Every proposed order submission must include a cover letter and the motion (with attachments, if any) as supporting documents.

Proposed orders must be uploaded in Word format without preset templates or fillable forms; orders that cannot be electronically signed will be rejected.

The cover letter accompanying a proposed order must state the motion title and hearing date, that the order was sent to opposing counsel/pro se party, and whether that party agrees to the order.

Only specified proposed orders for matters not previously heard are accepted via CourtMAP, such as motions to compel, default, withdraw, substitute counsel, emergency injunctive relief, paternity final judgments, and agreed orders (except continuances).

Motions to withdraw require a written consent attached to the motion, and the order must include the client's current address, phone number and email.

Motions for continuance must be set for hearing at least 7 days before the trial date.

Special set motions require filing the motion and a request for hearing via the E-Filing Portal with the Clerk's Office.

The request for hearing must state the number of witnesses/exhibits each side plans to introduce, interpreter needs, and the expected hearing time.
