All attorneys and self-represented litigants must register for an account on the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal to file pleadings or motions with the clerk.

Parties must register for CourtMAP to submit emergency motions and proposed orders to the assigned judge.

Special set hearings are scheduled by emailing the division email address, and all parties must be copied on all emails to the Court.

Filers must e-serve the opposing party with their filing through the E-Filing Portal.

Emergency motions must be filed through the Florida E-Filing Portal and then submitted to the judge via CourtMAP, and the judge decides whether the motion is deemed an emergency.

After-hours emergency motions (on or after 5:00 PM, weekends, or court holidays) require the filing party to contact the emergency judge on duty.

Motions on the Motion Calendar require 7 business days' notice before the hearing.

Motions with any exhibits must be filed on the E-Filing Portal, and the division email must be included in all filings.

After agreeing on a date with the opposing party, the hearing is set through CourtMAP's Motion Calendar slot, attaching the motion and any responses with an e-file stamp as supporting documents.

Notices of hearing must be filed with the Clerk at least 5 business days before the hearing (excluding the hearing day), and untimely notices will be rejected.

The party who added a motion to the motion calendar must e-file a notice of cancellation and remove the motion from the calendar in CourtMAP.

NJT (notice for trial) dates are requested by email to the division, and the approved order is emailed directly from CourtMAP.

All proposed orders must be submitted through CourtMAP together with the respective motion and a cover letter.

For special set hearings and CMCs, the motion and a request for hearing must be filed with the Clerk's Office through the Florida E-Filing Portal.

After filing, parties must email the division (copying opposing counsel and all parties) with the filed motion to obtain available hearing dates, coordinate a date with the parties, and advise the division of the agreed date.

Hearings may not be noticed until CourtMAP confirmation is received, and if the opposing party is not registered for CourtMAP, the filer must generate their own notice with a certificate of service and mail it to the opposing party.

To cancel a special set hearing, the party must file a withdrawal of the motion being heard or submit an agreed order.

Case management conference dates and times are requested by email to the division email address.

Upon reaching a resolution after a hearing is scheduled, the requesting party must immediately file a Notice of Cancellation with the Clerk or through the E-Portal and call chambers to remove the matter from the calendar.

Once a case is resolved, it must be set through CourtMAP on the UCD (Uncontested) Calendar under Special Sets on Mondays at 9:30 AM.

All supporting documents must be e-filed through the Florida E-Filing Portal with a filing stamp before being submitted through CourtMAP.

UCD Calendar submissions must include the petition/counter-petition, answer or answer/waiver, marital settlement agreement and/or parenting plan, order of default if applicable, valid ID copy, affidavit of best interest signed by both parties, financial affidavits, and UCCJEA affidavit.

After all required UCD documents are filed, the Bailiff emails approval or a request for missing documents, and any follow-up contact must be made by responding directly to the Bailiff's email (bbascuas@jud11.flcourts.org).

The Proposed Final Judgment, with the valid Florida ID attached as a supporting document, must be submitted through CourtMAP after the Bailiff's approval email and by the Friday prior to the Uncontested Calendar.

Self-represented litigants using the UCD calendar need not appear in court; the judge will prepare the final judgment and send it to them electronically.

When filing a special set motion and request for hearing, the division email must be added to the courtesy copy email list.

In addition to filing a Notice of Cancellation, the party that requested the hearing must call chambers immediately upon reaching a resolution to remove the matter from the calendar.
