Counsel or a pro se party must contact the Court Coordinator by email to schedule an uncontested hearing, which will be set on the first available date on a first-come/first-served basis.

A party seeking Zoom participation for itself, a witness, or another party must provide the notice required by Texas Rules of Civil Procedure 21(b) and 21(d) and obtain court permission.

An updated Inventory and Appraisement must be provided at the time of final trial.

All exhibits should be pre-marked and exchanged with the opposing party or counsel no later than three days before the merits trial.

A current, signed Financial Information Statement with the latest pay stub and most recent W-2 must be submitted at the Temporary Orders and Merits hearing.
