A courtesy copy of exhibits, documents, and reports offered at trial must be provided to the Court on the day of trial.
9. A "courtesy copy" of exhibits, documents and reports to be offered at trial shall be provided to the Court on the day of trial.
The court requests courtesy copies of specified family-case pleadings and related documents, including pleadings filed on the hearing day, the brief in support with attached cases, proposed property division, trial inventory and appraisal, and intended trial exhibits.
