For all contested motions, courtesy copies of the motion, any response, and any reply must reach the Court at least two business days before the hearing.
On all contested motions, counsel must provide a courtesy copy of the motion, response and reply, if any, to the Court no later than two (2) business days prior to the hearing.

Failure to provide a copy may result in the cancellation of your hearing. The Court staff will not print out any materials that are more than five pages in length.
Opposed motions for the pre-trial conference must be hand delivered to the Court at least 3 business days before the conference.
At least three (3) business days before the pre-trial conference, the parties shall also hand deliver to the Court all opposed motions that will be considered at the pre-trial conference.
Email a PDF courtesy copy of any motion, response, reply, and proposed order to the Coordinator at least 72 hours before the hearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Courtesy copies required for submissions over 25 pages, delivered to the Court no later than 3 business days before the hearing.
The Court requires courtesy copies if the total number of pages of the submission (motion and exhibits) is more than 25 pages. Courtesy copies should be delivered (not emailed) to the Court no later than three (3) business days before the scheduled hearing.

Exhibits for Zoom proceedings must be pre-marked and emailed to the court reporter at least 72 hours prior to the proceedings.
Any exhibits that need to be entered/used during the Zoom proceedings being held must be pre-marked and sent to me at TERRI.ETEKOCHAY@DALLASCOUNTY.ORGAT LEAST 72 hours PRIOR to the proceedings.
For Zoom hearings and bench trials, email all exhibits at least 24 hours prior to the proceedings.
