The 14th District Court no longer accepts fax filings.
THE 14TH DISTRICT COURT CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT FAXES.
All filings must be submitted through the E-Filing system.

The Court will not accept motions or orders faxed or emailed to the coordinator without the Judge's prior approval.

Minor prove-ups are done by submission and require e-filing of specified documents.
If all parties agree, minor prove-ups shall be done by submission. This will require the following efiled documents: 1) an affidavit by the next friend; 2) a written GAL report (filed at least three working days prior to the hearing); 3) the broker’s affidavit if an annuity is being purchased; 4) a proposed order approving GAL fees signed off on by defense counsel; and 5) a proposed final judgment.
Plaintiff's attorney must e-file client's affidavit, 18.001 affidavits, and attorney's fees affidavit for default prove-ups.
Plaintiff’s attorney shall e-file his client’s affidavit, 18.001 affidavits with records attached, attorney’s fees affidavit, etc. so that they are in the clerk’s record and the court can consider by submission.

Attorney fee claims may be submitted by mail, by counter drop-off, or by email with signature.
This claim may be mailed, dropped off or emailed with signature at our office location noted below.
Attorneys will not be able to modify their official eService address in eFileTX after the new process begins.

Materials must be e-filed before hand delivery to the Court, except for in camera review materials.
With the exception of materials submitted for in camera review by the Court, the parties should not hand deliver any materials to the court that were not previously e-filed.

Reports may be entered in one of two ways: Manually entering the reports into the database Uploading an XML file, if your vendor/IT staff creates that capability for you
Attorney names and email addresses will be imported into eFileTX nightly to serve as the official eService address, replacing the current list.
A file including all active Texas Attorney's names and their registered SBOT email address will be imported into eFileTX, nightly, to be used as the official eService address. The names and email addresses in the current list will no longer exist.
