The pendente lite hearing exhibits must be provided to the Court immediately before the hearing.

Each party’s written custody or visitation pretrial conference filing is due at least seven days before the conference.

After reasonable notice, the matter may be scheduled without a party who fails to participate in phone scheduling.

A defendant may move at any time to remove an RDM designation made under paragraph 2(B), and the court may remove it for good cause.

The signer must certify service of a true copy on all parties or counsel of record and identify the method and date of service.

Electronic and e-mail filing in criminal matters are prohibited unless authorized under Rule 3A:23 as implemented by the Clerk or by another order.

Contested motions generally require a supporting brief identifying legal authority and presenting arguments; the supporting brief is due 14 days before the hearing and any response or opposition brief is due 7 days before it, subject to the stated exceptions.

The Spreadsheet filed with a motion to compel or its opposition must be in excel-type format.

Financial transactions may be made in person at the Clerk's Office on weekdays during the stated hours.

A written proffer of facts used instead of an oral proffer may not exceed five pages.

Parties are encouraged, but not required, to file a Joint Spreadsheet at least fourteen days before the hearing.
