Please also submit a letter of explanation if it would be helpful to explain additional context.

For special set hearings, the motion and all cited exhibits/support documents must be submitted in a single separate PDF, including all documents the Court needs to review (e.g., the operative complaint for a motion to dismiss).

All requests for Uncontested hearings without these supporting documents with an e-file stamp will be rejected.
